DIRECTOR - MALAYSIA

Jyo is both a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales and a Malaysian Advocate & Solicitor. She joined the corporate and commercial department of Needle in 2009, having previously practiced as a corporate solicitor at a top UK national firm. A Malaysian native, Jyo returned to her homeland in 2011 and was admitted to the Bar in Malaysia in 2012.

Her areas of expertise include corporate, commercial and property law (both commercial and residential). She has advised both national and international clients on matters of mergers & acquisition, disposals, private equity investments, commercial contracts and commercial leases, to name a few.

Now based in Kuala Lumpur, Jyo is working closely with both new and existing clients of Needle to foster better client care and relations, and to develop the Needle brand in Malaysia and the Asia Pacific.
