Colin is an experienced commercial property lawyer and is a recognised expert by the Legal 500 especially in relation to dealing with new Medical Centre developments for GPs and Pharmacists. Colin trained at the prestigious London firm Freshfields and was admitted as a solicitor on the 15th April 1993 aand after gaining experience in investment acquisitions and sales he moved North to join Addleshaw Goddard in 1995.

Colin joined CMS Cameron McKenna as a partner to establish and head up their property practice in Budapest, Hungary in 1999. Within 2 years Colin was recognised within the acclaimed European Legal 500 as being a leader in commercial property and the CMS property group as the No1 practice with a large portfolio of European clients including a number of leading UK clients such as Tescos’, Dixon’s and UCI Cinemas .

After several years in Hungary, Colin returned to the UK and continued to work in private practice in Leeds developing a new client base which allowed him to establish and run his own property law firm for 9 years.

Colin is married with 3 children and he is a keen amateur golfer and cook.
